Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges:

Item must be in "New Condition". This means not washed, unworn, and tagged. Items must be returned to the store within 2 weeks of purchase for full refund or In Store Credit. 

If the item was shipped at the time of purchase "with or without free shipping" the cost to return the item is the customers responsibility. 

Please Note: Boutiques are unique and "on hand" inventory is not always available for restocking, and many times selections are limited in quantity. The item you are returning/exchanging may not be available in alternate sizing, color, or styles. If that is the case, a refund/exchange will be issued as noted above. Please do not leave bad reviews if we do not have your size or the item has sold out. We strive to make our customers happy and will make every effort to accommodate you.  

Promotional Items: Free Items or Gifts with Purchase: Are "Non-Refundable" and have no cash value. This is applicable for donated Gift Cards/Certificates to Local Charities and Events we support locally.

If there is a remaining balance from a Gift Card/Certificate a "Store Credit" will be issued in the form of another Gift Card/Gift Certificate for the remaining amount.  

If a returned item is any type of promotional “BOGO” the value of the returned item is the lesser value of the sale.
